By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the bjbajii platform — whether via a web browser, mobile browser, or any other means of access — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bjbajii platform and close your account if one has been opened.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered through bjbajii, including but not limited to the online casino, live dealer casino, sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and hockey), specialty games (including Double Exposure Blackjack and Monster Hi-Lo), and any promotional or bonus products. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bjbajii will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. All financial transactions on bjbajii are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bjbajii accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary depending on your location and account status.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bjbajii platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable:

By using the platform, you acknowledge that gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and not as a means of generating income. bjbajii reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation within the requested timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or involvement in criminal proceedings
• Placing of bets or wagers that bjbajii reasonably suspects to be linked to match-fixing or organised fraud
• Confirmed duplicate account situation
• Sustained inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, all funds within the account are frozen for the duration of the investigation. Where an account is closed following a confirmed breach of these Terms, bjbajii reserves the right to withhold any balance where it is necessary to offset losses, bonuses unlawfully obtained, or costs incurred in the investigation. Any balance remaining after such deductions will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so at any time by contacting bjbajii support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bjbajii, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bjbajii platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions.

bjbajii makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or entirely secure from unauthorised access. The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. bjbajii will make reasonable commercial efforts to maintain uptime but does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted service, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows, which will be communicated in advance where possible.

bjbajii shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from events beyond bjbajii's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, network infrastructure failures, third-party payment system outages, or other force majeure events.

In no event shall bjbajii's total aggregate liability to any individual player exceed the total net deposits made by that player to bjbajii in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bjbajii reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bjbajii will provide notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice displayed upon login. Your continued use of the bjbajii platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
